One of the things that is typically missing in forum games is access to the stories and rumors of your fellow Garou. After a couple of recent test cases we’ve found that adding in tales and rumors about characters has led to some interesting and often amusing role play, as well as having helped to forge relationships (and sometimes create drama) between PCs.
In an effort to help facilitate RP, as well as fill the knowledge void we all have about our fellow Garou, we are starting up Rumors and Tales sections in the main area of the board, as well as in the Tribe, Auspice, and Pack forums.
What we need from you is a list of things that would be known about you – Rumors, snippets of tales, events from your past, etc. These can be True or False, but they should have least have some basis for existing and being spread throughout the Nation. We do not want rumors of you being Charach unless something occurred that would have led to such a tale being passed along.
Please keep in mind that this is not meant to be like Vampire Grapevine. These stories are not meant to confuse or manipulate other PCs. These are - good or bad - the bits of your character’s life that other members of the Nation have been made aware of in one way or another. The more Rank you have obtained, the more that should be known about you.
Kinfolk deeds and misdeeds might also be known, particularly among their Tribe.
In your Character Information Forum, start a thread titled Rumors and Tales. Include the following information -

[b]What the Spirits would know –[/b]
[b]If you have a connection to another Tribe, what they would know -[/b]

As your character grows you can add to your existing list by adding a new post to the thread.
Staff will take care of posting the information in the appropriate forums.
